By connecting a wallet and using Rugbet, you confirm you are 18 or older, legally permitted to participate in games of chance in your jurisdiction, and are not accessing from a prohibited region.

Eligibility & Prohibited Regions

Rugbet is unavailable to residents of or persons located in: Afghanistan, Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (Mainland), Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Netherlands, New Zealand, North Korea, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen. Do not use VPNs or IP-masking to bypass these restrictions — doing so may result in permanent account termination.

Wallet & Custody

Connect and sign with your own Solana wallet. Rugbet never holds or controls your private keys. A SOL-funded wager is held in on-chain custody for the round. Payouts and refunds go only to the wallet used to fund it. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials — lost keys are irrecoverable.

Game Outcomes & Settlement

Your choices decide your move. The server-side committed round data decides the result. The round settles first. For SOL-funded play, the payout then settles on-chain. Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with game contracts or the platform — violations will result in immediate account termination.

Fees & Taxes

You are responsible for all Solana network (gas) fees and for any taxes arising from your activity on Rugbet. Rugbet does not provide tax advice.

Rules of Conduct

  • No bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
  • No exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts or the UI.
  • No accessing the platform on behalf of a prohibited jurisdiction.
  • No harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct toward other users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you wagered in the thirty (30) days preceding any claim. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
